Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center via Fed-Ex. We ship most in-stock items within 48 hours of receipt of order, to arrive within 7-10 business days from the day shipped. For customized items, please allow up to 10-14 business days, or call for urgent shipping requests on customized items.

Refund Policy:

Personalized items may not be refunded for any reason. All other items must be approved before returned. Please contact our office for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and instruction on returning your product.
